CITY of EDMOND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING Edmond, OK
kerr 3 design group, inc. completed a total renovation of an existing two story building for the administration offices of the City of Edmond. The existing building included a parking garage on the first level, with offices on the second story. As part of the renovation, the parking garage was converted to office space. In addition to the steel frame and load bearing masonry, mirrored glass highlights exterior windows. The HVAC system was designed for extreme energy savings. The building can be 100% ventilated without refrigerated air. |
