Our client was expanding onto the thirtieth floor of the Cotter Ranch Tower (formerly Chase Tower) in Oklahoma City. The project scope included the demolition of 70% of the thirtieth floor and constructing about 10,000 sq ft of new office space. All materials and debris were transported through the freight elevator to the basement. Some work was done at night to accommodate other building tenants.
