MIDCON

This project saw a 52,000 square foot warehouse transformed into a highly functional multi-tenant office building featuring a state of the art data storage bunker. The completed project houses multiple tenants, each with unique requirements for leased space build-out. The existing clay tile and brick exterior was covered with a combination of EIFS, cultured stone, and pre-finished metal. All windows were added as part of the project. The anchor tenant required design of a 5,000 square foot data storage vault. Built inside the existing building, it was constructed of cast-in-place concrete and designed to withstand an F-5 tornado. The bunker features 2,000 square feet of raised computer floor and CRAC HVAC units. Electrical redundancy comes in the form of twin UPS units as well as a backup generator.
