Needs and Priorities Assessments

Kerr 3 works with clients in various capacities with multiple needs and requirements. The approach Kerr 3 takes in establishing a relationship with their clients can be outside the typical architect’s role.

Kerr 3 has met with school patrons to listen to ideas about needs for a school. They have coordinated and led visioning efforts with churches to get input and a sense of direction from individual congregation members on specific projects. They can consolidate input and data from clients and present it to an owner or committee as a starting point for a project discussion. Buy-in from stakeholders is important for a successful project. Open communication and teaming with stakeholders is critical and an integral part of the relationship Kerr 3 establishes with its clients.
